- All units are housekeeping -- supplies provided for you to clean during your stay; we clean after your departure.
- No smoking in cottages.
- Pets - We accept housebroken, well-mannered pets.
- All stated rates are without tax.
- Grills available on first come, first served basis.

| Cottage 3 - Cozy one bedroom Cottage with double bed, additional conversion bed in living area , small full kitchen, cable TV, bath with shower. Sleeps 2 - 4 people. |
| Cottage 5 - Nice fir paneled Cottage with queen bed in bedroom, additional conversion bed in living area , full kitchen, cable TV and bath with shower. Private deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Sleeps 2 to 4 people. |
| Cottage 6 - Our smallest Cottage, very cozy with queen bed, small full kitchen, cable TV, bath with shower.

| Cottage 7 - In your own little world! High on the mountain side with mountain view, overlooking Estes Park. Queen bed in bedroom, additional conversion bed in living area, full kitchen, cable TV and bath with shower. Private deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Sleeps 2 - 4 adults. |
| Cottage 8 - This Cottage is a little more private, facing the tree-lined grassy "picnic" area. Queen size bed, full kitchen, cable TV, bath with shower. Sleeps 2 people. |

| Policies about deposits & payments here: |
- Deposit - One night's fee for every three nights reserved. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, traveler's checks and cash. Discount given for cash.
- Cancellations - If reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to check-in time, deposit will be refunded except $ 30 per night reserved. If reservation is cancelled in less than 72 hours prior to check-in time, all deposit is forfeited.
- Check in 3:00 PM; check out 10:00 AM.
