| General Policies about conduct etc: |
- All units are housekeeping -- supplies provided for you to clean during your stay; we clean after your departure.
- No smoking in cottages.
- Pets - We accept housebroken, well-mannered pets.
- All stated rates are without tax.
- Email or call for availability of free wireless internet.
- Grills available on first come, first served basis.

Cottage 5 - Nice fir paneled Cottage with queen bed in bedroom, double hide-a-bed in living area, full kitchen, cable TV, bath with shower and private deck. Sleeps 2 to 4 people. |

| Policies about deposits & payments here: |
- Deposit - One night's fee for every three nights reserved. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, traveler's checks and cash. Discount given for cash.
- Cancellations - If reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to check-in time, deposit will be refunded except $ 30 per night reserved. If reservation is cancelled in less than 72 hours prior to check-in time, all deposit is forfeited.
- Check in 3:00 PM; check out 10:00 AM.
